    Celebrate the 4th of July and all summer long by entertaining with these BBQ-friendly recipes! 

    The 4th of July is upon us and it's time for grilling, boating, fireworks and all the best things about summer!

    And in honor of all the delicious gatherings that will be going on, I am sharing a recipe roundup of dishes that are perfect for a summer BBQ!

      Hi there! I copied your pasta salad recipe and saved it. What do you recommend as a substitution for the peppers? I don't get along with them! Thanks! Emily

        Hi Emily! I think diced cucumbers would be a great substitute for the peppers, they will add a nice fresh crunch. I personally prefer english/hothouse cucumbers because the skin is thinner and less bitter, but if you want to use a regular cucumber I would take the peel off. I'd love to hear how it turns out! ????

      Thank you for reposting these, Rachel!!!! I have tried all of them and they are all perfect for summer BBQs!!! The Sun-dried Tomato Basil Dip is always a hit! I have a bumper crop of basil this year. I took some creative liberties and used smoked sun-dried tomatoes....so yum!
