14ozhomemade pizza dough**,or 1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust
1 ½cupsshredded lettuce
¾cupchopped tomato
¼cupdiced red onion
½mediumavocado,diced
2tablespoonlight sour cream
Instructions
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain well.
Sprinkle on taco seasoning, mix well and stir in salsa. Cook for one more minute.
Roll out pizza dough to about 14 inches wide onto a sheet pan, pizza pan or pizza peel dusted generously with cornmeal. Spread meat mixture to within an inch of the edge of the dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes, or according to pizza crust package directions.
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado & sour cream.
