Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Dip
A cool and creamy dip bursting with summer flavors of fresh basil, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and salty Parmesan.

fresh basil leaves

fresh lemon juice

lemon zest

, grated or finely minced

Pretzels
, pita chips and/or cucumbers, for serving
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir once more before serving, and serve with pretzels, pita chips and/or cucumber slices!
